How fast can I start my next Modern Melt project? We offer three shipping speeds across the United States to get your new kit onto your building station:

  • Express Shipping: $20 (3-6 business days) – For when you want to start building by the weekend!

  • Standard Shipping: $10 (7-14 business days)

  • Free Standard Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Automatically applied to qualifying orders.

When will my order ship? All orders are processed, checked for completeness, and ready for transit within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses? Yes! We proudly ship to all valid residential, business, P.O. Boxes, and military (APO/FPO) addresses within the United States.

MISSING PIECES & QUALITY

What if my kit is missing a piece? We hold our quality control to the highest standards, but we know a missing brick can freeze a project. Don’t panic! If your set is missing a piece, email us at info@modernmelt.myshopify.com with the part number from your manual, and we will ship the replacement piece straight to you immediately at zero cost.

Are your kits compatible with other major building brick brands? Many of our building block collections feature universal compatibility. Please check the "Product Specifications" section on each product page for specific compatibility tags.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? We want you to love your build. If a kit isn't the right fit for your collection, we accept returns of unopened, factory-sealed boxes within 30 days of delivery.

What if the product box arrives damaged? As collectors, we understand the box is part of the experience! If your package suffers rough transit, contact us within 48 hours with a photo, and our support team will make it right.
